40% of post-fix players clicked the Support button. Zero of them saw the Stripe checkout page. The browser's popup blocker silently ate the redirect — window.open after an async fetch loses user-gesture context, and every modern browser blocks it without telling the user.

v0.20.1 switches to a same-tab redirect. Click Support, pick your tier, see Stripe. No popup, no silent failure. We also added conversion funnel analytics so we can see exactly where the payment flow goes next time something breaks.

What We Learned

This was our first real conversion signal — players who stayed long enough to want to support the game. The funnel was working all the way to the click, then silently dying. A reminder that "session created" on the server doesn't mean "page opened" in the browser. We're watching the numbers now.
